Was nervous as first time on ebike but Victor was patient and showed me everything I needed to know, he also recommended a great route. It was actually really easy and not scary. The pick up and drop off at your hotel makes things really easy, worth asking your hotel about bike storage in advance. He provided helmet and lock, bike had attachment for your mobile phone too.
