How does the long-term rental order work?

In order to complete the procedure of bikes reservation, you have to fill in the form on our website by choosing the number and sizes of bikes, the time and address of delivery, provide your contact details. At the end you will see a window that allows you to pay for the rental by credit card. You will also have to accept the general conditions of sale.

Where should I pay the rental amount?

The full amount of the rental must always be paid on our website The payment of your electric bikes is done online. Your request will be processed by the international STRIPE platform in accordance with the European online payment regulations. After the payment we will also block 300 euros/bike as a deposit. We issue invoices at your request.

When can I benefit from a group rate?

Groups receive a 10% discount on the basic price from 10 paying persons. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount. There is no discount for return transport. Travel vouchers (Railbon), other vouchers, promotional offers etc. cannot be taken into account.

No need to charge the battery anymore.

Thanks to the larger capacity of the battery (750Wh previously 540Wh), it is no longer necessary to charge it.

For multi-day trips, an e-bike charger is included.

From what age am I allowed to carry my child in the child seat?

The child seats are suitable for children from approx. 1 year of age (9-22 kg) who are able to sit up on their own.

Is it possible to attach your own trailer to the rental bike?

It is not allowed to attach your own trailer.

The Renter is responsible for all damage done to the rented item and its accessories during the rental period.

Can the rental bike be transported by public transport?

Usually, the rental bike can be transported by public transport if the railway system allows it. The rental electric bike cannot be transported free of charge on the train. You will need to purchase a bike ticket for this purpose.

Can I exchange the e-bike during the long-term rental?

The rented e-bike can be exchanged during the multi-day rental. However, this is only possible with prior notice and if availability is confirmed.

Where can I get the e-bike for rental?

Normally we offer e-bike delivery but you can also pick up your e-bike in our shops.

What should I consider when returning the rental?

The bike must be returned clean, in perfect working order and with all accessories such as keys, operating instructions, etc. A corresponding checklist will be provided to the renter.

How can I pay for the rental of an e-bike?

We accept all credit cards that is suitable for the STRIPE payment system. We issue invoices at your request.
